DECALIA strengthens its sales team in French-speaking Switzerland
DECALIA Asset Management strengthens its institutional sales team by recruiting Truong-Linh Pham. He joins DECALIA after having spent 14 years with Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management. Working alongside Rafaella Ostier, his mission will be to promote the investment solutions developed by the Group to professional clients.
A mathematician by training, Truong-Linh Pham began his career in scientific research and teaching in the Mathematics section at the University of Geneva. In 2004, he started at La Compagnie de Trésorerie Benjamin de Rothschild as a derivatives specialist, then joined the business development team at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, where he headed a team of three people dedicated to French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. Truong-Linh Pham holds a Master’s degree in mathematics and a Master’s degree in mathematics applied to economics and finance.
“I am very pleased to be joining the DECALIA group, which enjoys a reputation for excellence thanks to its innovative and top-performing strategies, which clearly stand out from the current trend towards standardization and which in particular meet the specific needs of investors based in Switzerland,” said Truong-Linh Pham.
“With a substantial pipeline of new strategies, both long only and alternative, it had become necessary to strengthen our sales team in French-speaking Switzerland. With his scientific background, Truong-Linh Pham will contribute great added value to the presentation of our strategies, which often employ sophisticated management techniques,” said Xavier Guillon, Partner and Head of DECALIA funds.
